Four steps to ideal bust (Part 1)

The summer is coming. This means that the time dresses and deep décolleté is pending. In this period of time the bust requires additional care. Hard routes to a delightful bust not always lay through cosmetic clinics and expensive beauty salons.
 Actually there are more humane recipes of beautiful bust. Here are four steps to a seductive bust:
1. A healthy way of life and a diet useful to a bust;
2. Special exercises;
3. “Home” SPA-procedures;
4. Correctly picked up linen.
 And the result will not keep you waiting!
 Step 1 - raised position
The mammary gland is supported by pectoral muscles, which similarly to all other muscles can be strengthened! Give on some minutes a day to simple exercises and in some weeks you sweep up, how your breast will rise.
 1. Pulling strengthen not only hands, but also a breast! You can quite start to be wrung out from a bench and you should be well prepared for pulling from a floor. The main thing is that the back should be parallel to a floor (or an imagined plane from toes up to hands). It is possible to change positions of hands, developing them in the different parties that forces different groups of muscles “to work”.
 2. Hold your back straight, press palms before a breast and the fingers should “look” at you. Press the imagined ball in palms with force and stay in this position for 10 seconds. Repeat this exercise for several times.
 3. Put palms on shoulders. Lift your shoulders on “one-two-three-four”: lift shoulders, allocate back, and lower them. Then do the same exercise, but upside-down.
 4. Rise on socks and lift one hand upwards. Bending back, allocate a hand as further as it is possible. Repeat this exercise with other hand.
 5. Raise on tiptoe, lift a hand upwards and pull for it. Repeat the same exercise with other hand.
