Growing thin without starvation

Is it possible to eat much, not to feel famine and to grow thin at the same time?
Many factors influence on how many meal you eat at each reception of food. Our appetite depends on that, how much we have eaten last time, taste, smell and quantity of meal on a plate, and also a complex of various physiological, psychological and even genetic factors.
One of the most important factors relies in the feeling of saturation, which is what you test during and after the reception of food. Thus the stomach and intestines send to brain signals about the feelings of satisfaction and satiety. And satiety depends not only on volume of the products eaten by you, but also on the type of the food. You should also take into consideration this fact if you are going to grow thin.
The key rule in a diet without famine relies in consuming the food covering as small as possible of power expenses that means a small amount of calories per 100 grams so that you rose of a table, feeling full, but did not exceed a day time limit of calories. Fruits and vegetables, and different ragouts, salads, soups, etc are most preferable in this plan. Unlike them high-calorific dishes usually contain not enough water, but have a lot of fats - the most undesirable dietic component.
You may easily lower caloric content of consumed dishes. For example, you may lower caloric content of a meat dish, by adding mushrooms, string bean, tomatoes, carrots, vegetable marrows or other vegetables - fresh, preserved or frozen into it.
The question is: what, except for vegetables and fruits, food well satisfies famine, not abounding with calories? The answer is quite easy! Try to include the following products into the diet:
• Macaroni of the premium class (from firm grades of wheat); 
• Various kind of groats;
• Fish and seafood;
• Chicken meat;
• Fast meat;
• Low-fat or the skim dairy products.
Owing to high concentration of fibers containing in all these products or a combination of these products, you can eat them without any limits and thus to grow thin.
