Chinese diet

Warning: the creation of this rigid diet is attributed to the Chinese doctors. Observing it for 3 weeks allows achieving good results. Do not only forget about vitamins, especially during the first and the second weeks.
Diet: the first week: it is necessary to eat on one egg and one orange or a grapefruit for a breakfast, a dinner and a supper. It is also allowed to drink only green tea. The second week:  wet any groats (except for semolina and pearl barley) in the evening and weld it without salt and sugar in the morning. You may eat it in unlimited quantities and drink green tea. The third week: you are allowed to eat any vegetables and fruits. Vegetables can be extinguished with small addition of vegetable oil. You are highly recommended to drink fresh juices.
Result: depending on quantity of excess weight it is possible to get rid of 15 kg per 3 weeks.
