Miami super-diet (Part 2)
The provisional menu for the second phase
Breakfast: a cup of fresh berries, a portion of porridge with a teaspoon of finely chopped nuts. You are allowed to have a cup of tea or coffee with low-fat milk.
The second breakfast: one boiled egg.
Dinner: turkey’s breast cut with vegetables and the greens, baked in an oven.
Mid-morning snack: fresh fruit with low-fat cottage cheese.
Supper: a salmon baked with spinach, stewed vegetables (tomatoes, vegetable marrows, and pepper), and salad from fresh vegetables with an olive oil or vinegar. You may have berries with chocolate mousse or low-fat creams for the dessert.
The provisional menu for the third phase
Breakfast: half of grapefruit, an omelet, a slice of grain bread. You may drink a cup of tea or coffee with low-fat milk.
Dinner: a piece meat or the baked ham, a fresh apple.
Supper: the hen-grill, stewed spinach or an asparagus, salad from fresh vegetables with an olive oil. For a dessert - fresh berries with vanilla yoghurt.
We fix results
Having kept the diet for two weeks, you can easily pass to the second phase of a diet. It lasts until you will not reach the ideal weight.
You may add to the diet: integral cereals and fruits. It is possible even to afford some deviations from the plan. For example, if you like bread, include it gradually into the menu. The same concerns tendency to macaroni, potato and chocolate (but only black chocolate without nuts or raisin).
You are forbidden: to enter more than one forbidden product into the diet.
Advice: think of the progress. The metabolism will gradually vary, and the organism will pass to more effective and safe operating mode.
