Apple diet

Apples are an ideal basis for a diet. Apples contain vitamins, microcells and the substances improving digestion. However apple diets are forbidden to those who have problems with a stomach and intestines.
Honey or kefir
A day of limited intake of food is the simplest variant of an apple diet. It is possible to arrange such days 1-2 times a week. During the day it is allowed to eat about one and a half kilograms of apples and to drink mineral water and black or green tea. It is necessary to consume not less than two liters of a liquid during the day.
It is worth of mentioning that apples stimulate feeling of famine. Therefore apples are often combined with any other product.
We advise you to choose kefir. It is possible to drink up to liter of kefir during the day. The most important is that the interval between the use of kefir and apples made not less than an hour.
Honey, is the second product, recommended instead of kefir. During the day you may eat up to three teaspoons of honey - in the morning, in the afternoon and about 6 one o’clock in the evening. Thus the drinking mode remains the same- not less than two liters per day.
Apples plus carrots 
The longest apple diet is to be adhered during a week. Here the source of fiber is obligatory. For these purposes you may choose a meat, a fish or an egg. During the day it is necessary to eat about 200 grams of meat or - up to 300 grams of fish. You may replace meat (or fish) two eggs. During the day it is also necessary to eat two carrots, with which may be replaced with a glass of carrots juice, and one tomato juice. The quantity of apples is not limited.
