So, any yoghurt from the super market cannot be basically “alive”.
You should never eat at night
Actually, it depends on when the night comes in your life regime. The main principle is that it is harmfully to eat less than two hours prior to a dream, otherwise, the food will not have time to be completely digested. And what if you are an owl? What if you are having your supper at 12 a.m. and go sleep at 4.45 a.m.?! So, if the principle is being adhered, it is not necessary reproach for famine. Though, in any case it is not necessary to have pork chop with fried potato for the supper: used even four hours prior to a dream, all the night long it will rivet attention of your organism; the sleeplessness and a stale head next morning are guaranteed.

Manufacturers try to convince us to eat low-calorie muesli, soya chocolate, protein cocktails, etc. Actually it is no more than a commercial course. Cost of initial products is rather cheap (bran, cereals, honey, etc.), and calculation is under construction on our laziness: it is much easier to open a package of “healthy” muesli, than to cook beans or porridge. We pay not for special utility, but only for economy of time.
Sports are health, the more you go info sports, and the better it is for your health
Actually in sports, as well as in any business, all is good but in moderate portions. Training for more than two hours per day force to wear out more quickly joints and a sheaf, can damage muscles, cause cardiovascular and gastro enteric, problems, and even infringement of menstrual a cycle. So, be careful and mind your health.
