Reduce calories
Remember that in overwhelming majority of cases the reason of excess weight at healthy, it is like the prevalence of “incomes” over the “charges”. Differently, you receive more calories, than you spend. Try to make the meal easier, not reducing its volume. For example, in a 100-gramme portion of fried potatoes contains about 300 kcal and the same quantity of cabbage contains only 30 kcal. Replace traditional fried food with boiled or steam vegetables. Don’t fry meat and a fish. Baking these products will help you to grow thin without any diets.
Be careful! You should supply your organism with all necessary substances. Watch that the quantity of fiber, for example, did not fall below 20-30 grams a day. The quantity of carbohydrates should be above 80 grams a day. Otherwise you risk falling in a faint during the most improper moment. The lack of carbohydrates of food is shown by the fast fatigue, depressive and neurotic mood etc.
Do not lose your courage
Almost everyone who seriously undertakes decrease in the weight, sooner or later faces the so-called «syndrome of a plateau». Despite of all and regular fitness, an arrow of weights remains at the same level. What should you do?
Follow the selected way. «The syndrome of a plateau » is a normal reaction of an organism to changes of the lifestyle. The organism needs time to get used to your new regime. In some time the weight will start to decrease.
