How burning of the calories for the woman, leading a classical way of life, working in the office and living in a city, should be distributed?
It is possible to say that our body spends about 200 calories for adaptation of a body temperature to the environment temperature. About 300 calories is spent on the support of the vital functions (the basic metabolism). About 150 calories is spent on digestion. And our everyday muscular work takes from 500 up to 550 calories. All this corresponds to our daily consumption from 2000 up to 2200 calories.
1. This exercise is familiar to everyone. Allocate back hands in “sitting” (on a floor) position and bend a little back, hardly bend legs in knees and draw them to the case, thus the position of your legs should be parallel to the floor. Your back should be straight, make a support on your hands. In this position delete simultaneously your legs each from other and then approach them. Repeat this exercise at least for 10-12 times (or 10 times in usual rhythm and 10 times in slowly rhythm).
2. Now, you should cross and plant your legs. In the “laying” lift position direct legs perpendicularly to floor, dissolve hands in the opposite parties. The head easily lies on a floor, the face is turned upwards. Cross and plant legs in this position for 20-30 times in the convenient for you rhythm.
3. Lift vertically both legs in “laying” position (the hands are in the opposite parties, palms are directed downwards). Keeping one leg in a motionless condition, another allocate aside and, then, come back in a starting position. As exercise will become easier for you, increase the amplitude. You should repeat this exercise at least for 5 times for each leg, and even more, if you are physically prepared.
