Fitness in the office

Warming-up at the workplace will rescue you from apathy and help your body to stay in a good shape.
Office fitness can be done for 15-20 minutes a day and it is better to do it in the afternoon or before a dinner (but don’t have your dinner/lunch right after the fitness).
It is possible to choose another way! You may try “to insert” separate exercises into your business schedule. For example, when you are sitting at a computer, you may knead legs under a table. When your colleagues will go for a smoking, you may stay in the office and walk around a corridor or go upstairs and downstairs for a few times. If everybody left the premises, you may rise and do some inclinations and knee-bends.
Office fitness restrictions:
-office fitness doesn’t provide any intensive exercises - only a slight warming-up (it is explained by the inability to have a shower);
-office fitness doesn’t provide any moves with the big amplitude (as you are wearing your business-clothes)
But even such limited warm-up will bring a lot of advantages to your figure.
You shouldn’t put on fitting clothes and linen which rubs. Try to choose the footwear with a convenient heel and boot-tree. The inconvenient footwear presses vessels, breaks normal blood supply, and deforms your legs.
Let’s start from the legs, which suffer from our standing and sedentary work and necessity of being immobile on one place for a long time. Standing and sedentary works badly influence blood circulation and, as consequence, have a harmful effect on our legs. Veins varices -especially at women- are often connected with the sedentary and standing work.
So, even simple loading (walking) will be very useful for your legs. If you have a free minute - walk around a corridor by fast step.
Do not abuse coffee - coffee expands vessels. Everyone knows that free-of-charge access without restrictions of coffee, tea and sugar is always present at offices. Use this freebie restrictedly. Smoking slightly removes stress and allows concentrating, and it also is a way of unofficial dialogue… But smoking also expands vessels and worsens blood circulation, especially in the bottom finitenesses. We do not call you to stop to smoke, we know, how it is difficult, and the harm from smoking is a little bit exaggerated, but all the same, it is also impossible to abuse smoking.
