Excess weight or why you have ceased to grow thin

Let’s imagine that you decided to grow thin and have chosen an appropriate diet, and you have even has dumped some kilograms and that’s all! The arrow of weights has spitefully stood on one item without any changes. It is familiar situation, isn’t it? Is it a temporary stop or a terminal point? It is more likely a signal that it is necessary to change tactics of growing thin or basically to reconsider the purposes of the diet.
MONODIETS If you choose monodiet, eating only rice, bananas, juices or apples, something you will precisely loose some kilograms, but further the weight will stand on one point. This also happens at refusal from fat, flour or sweet: first slightly you grow thin, but then the organism gets used and flatly refuses to relieve you of superfluous kilograms. The only way out is to choose other diets.

The only way out is to not to take a great interest in the blitz-diets, guaranteeing fast effect. The proof result is given only with slow complex programs of disposal of excess weight.
COMPELLED FEASTS Even one-two parties a month are capable to slow down considerably, and even to stop weight reduction. The only way out is to be self-disciplined or too avoid such parties.
SALT Saltless diets always give a stop of weight as its dump goes only due to squeezing water from fabrics. Such effect will not last for a long time. There will be the undue fatigability, the organism will be lazy and save movements, and the liquid will come back. The only way out is to avoid salty dishes.
GYMNASTICS FOR LAZY Modern masseur can improve the shapes of your body, but as soon as contours of a body will be improved, the weight will cease to decrease. The further expenditure of time and money is useless. The only way out is to connect active gymnastics and to lower caloric content of a diet.
