The Kremlin diet

The main peculiarity of the Kremlin diet that it is possible to eat meat in unlimited quantity, but it is rigidly recommended to limit the consumption of carbohydrates.
The explanation of the Kremlin diet is the following. When receipt of carbohydrates (an energy source) into our organism is sharply limited - the organism starts to process the collected stocks of fat. Therefore the given diet concerns to the category of low-carbohydrates diets.
Growing thin is provided by the restriction of a diet up to 40 s.u. -standard units- a day, preservation of weight – up60 s.u., and the increase - more than 60 s.u. It is possible to loose 5,5 kg for 8 days, keeping to the diet up to 40 s.u.
However, the Kremlin diet has a lot of contra-indications. Such diet is prohibited to those people who have chronic diseases, especially hearts, vessels, a stomach diseases; it is necessary to coordinate your new menu with the attending physician. People with kidneys illnesses and pregnant women are also not recommended to get on the Kremlin diet.
It is necessary to avoid sweet, flour, potato dishes, bread, rice, fruit, juices, vegetables which contain many carbohydrates. The sugar is also forbidden.
In a portion of meat has zero s.u. This means that it is possible to eat a great portion of meat, but we advise you to be careful and not to overeat. Alcohol is also an interesting “part” of the diet. Traditional vodka and wine do not also have any s.u., but what about the snacks? We think that it is too far from the diet or even healthy food.
Eat in plenty, do not starve. It is possible to have supper after the midnight. The main thing is that it was good for your organism and you felt comfortable. The fact that is usually noticed after 1, 5-2 months of the diet: you would not like to eat much any more. The organism has got used to smaller portions.
The main principle is to avoid carbohydrates. The organism, not receiving this sweet energy source, starts to use the collected stocks of fat.
