How to adjust the body on an active way of life

The dieticians advise to limit quantity of a liquid. It comes to our organism together with alcohol, juices and other drinks. In the winter doctors advise to drink no more than 1,5 liters of water a day.
Increase the quantity of vitamins - for example, due to dried fruits. Useful substances are kept better in dried fruits, than in other food. Besides dried fruits contain a lot of pectin which are food fibres for stomach and also contain calcium which deduces superfluous salt from an organism. Add dried fruits in porridges, compotes, teas.
The simplest way to improve state of health is to go for a walk. Try even once a day to walk on decent distance by the fast step.
Do not forget about the advantages of a dog rose, flowers of an immortelle and a calendula, a root of a rhubarb and licorice, mint peppery and celandine. Use these ads when you are preparing tea.
And finally, make love! It is proved, that making love not only tones up an organism, but also helps to deduce toxins.
Every morning do a pair of simple exercises for 10-20 minutes. This will expand the volume of a thorax, will normalize blood circulation and will remove weariness.
But the most important is to learn to go sleep and to get up in time. Failure of a rhythm badly influences your organism, especially on heart and digestive bodies. Try not to eat after 7 p.m. Limit meat and fat products. Milk and dairy derivatives of type of yoghurts should not be not above 0,5 percent of the fat. Try to eat cereals in the mornings and have a rest from alcohol, including beer.
