Fitness on weekends

Are you too busy? It doesn’t matter! Training on weekends will help to remain in the form of! What a pleasure to wake up not on an alarm clock, especially for those who should get up not later than seven o’clock in the morning from Monday till Friday! Probably, therefore we adore our days off. The healthy dream removes the weariness which has collected on work and you wake up full of forces and energy. The problem is on what this energy should be directed. Some people prefer to dance at the disco, others -to sit in bars and restaurants and someone likes to visit fitness-center on weekends.
What shall we do, if on Monday after work the meeting took place, on Tuesday we have an overtime, on Wednesday in the evening we had a rest from the overtime, on Thursday it is colleague’s anniversary, on Friday we making the attempt to come to the senses after Thursday. More shortly, whatever one may do, for sports there are only Saturday and Sunday. But who has told, that it is impossible to look good, being engaged in training only two days a week?
SATURDAY
So, it is Saturday morning. It is possible to wake up at 10-11 a.m. and to have a breakfast. It is desirable, that for a breakfast you had, however, as well as always, boiled eggs, porridge and toasts with a cup of coffee. By 12.00 you will finish with your meal, and now it is possible to go sport club.
12.30. You are in the sport club. We advise you to choose the sport club not too far from your house. In other case you will be beaten out of force in the sport club. Parties and the sedentary way of life will remind of themselves in superfluous kilograms. You will recollect all the eaten salads and the drunken drinks. But you should understand that the typed weight is not a fat, but water which will disappear in of couple of days.
It is necessary begin training with good warm-up, and then you can operate under your usual schedule of trainings! But it is not necessary to concern to trainings with fanaticism! Any training should not last more than 1, 5 hours.
Tired, but happy, you go to a shower. Feeling of the executed duty is a great thing! Then-have an albuminous cocktail and go home. Now it is the time for denser feeding. If you feel, that you are very tired, it is possible also to stay at home and to watch TV or to have a rest. But if you are full of energy, it is possible to make the cultural program for the evening. The main thing is not to sit up anywhere till the morning, in fact tomorrow you are going to the sport club again.
 SUNDAY
Sunday morning. You may be once again convinced, how it is wonderful to wake up without an alarm signal. Rest is a great thing! Again have your healthy breakfast, short gathering and it is high time for training. The scheme of training remains the same. And it is not necessary to forget about the warm-up!
Let’s think over our brief results
For pair days off you have managed to load absolutely all muscles and now you can go with a quiet soul of the whole five days to office. Perhaps, such loading will not allow to type muscles too quickly or to burn out surpluses of fat, but it will allow you but to stay in a good form!
