12 advices if you are going to sport club
1. It is not necessary to go to sport club, if you are tired. You should have a rest, you should necessarily have a bite, but not less than for an hour before training.
2. If you have started to train recently, “do not tear”, do not train more than 3 times a week ( you may train 6 times a week and it wont give you any result), do accruing loading, and after 2-3-х months you may pass to 4 single training.
3. After training it is necessary to have a good rest and to eat very well. It is necessary to eat porridge, meat, eggs…
4. Beginners are not recommended to resort to isolating exercises. They should apply a complex of different exercises.
5. Try to train in at stated time (for example, 3 times a week at 6 p.m.). The regime is good for the results.
6. Eat not less than four times a day (certainly better six), a good feed is the keystone to success.
7. If you had stagnation, for example, you have stopped on the certain weight. Try “failure”. Take weight in 1, 5 times more than you can lift and work on lowering.
8. It is necessarily to drink not less than one liter of water, when you are training. The organism loses moisture in the form of sweat and it is necessary to somehow compensate it.
9. Plan training so that it did not exceed one and a half hour and then you will avoid overloading.
10. You should never talk during the set. Conversation does not allow to concentrate, and to observe the correct breath. In general carry out exercise with full concentration. Think only about exercises.
11. Warm-up, for a warming up of muscles before training, is necessary! It lessens the probability to receive a stretching, etc.
12. If you feel, that you are not recovered after the training, it is better to miss its (training), the health is more important.
