A long-term diet
The diet has received such name because it is calculated for a month. It is necessary to remember, that if expected results, in your opinion, are already reached, it is possible to stop at any moment. Upon the termination of a diet, it is necessary to eat, but not to overeat, if you want to keep the result.
Here is a menu for the first week
- Monday
Breakfast - 70 gr. of rye bread (1 slice of small size) and a tea. A dinner - 70 - 100 gr. of a boiled beef, 100 gr. of low-fat sour cream, 1 - 2 small apples. A mid-morning snack (15 - 16 hours) - 100 gr. of rye bread and tea. A supper - 100 gr. the boiled beef, grated carrots, 1 apple of the average size.
- Tuesday
Breakfast - coffee and 70 gr. of the rye bread. Dinner - 4 potatoes and one apple (or a pear). Mid-morning snack - tea with sugar (it is possible to use a substitute of sugar) and 70-100 gr. of the rye bread. Supper - 1 egg, 250 ml of kefir (1 glass) and 200 - 300 gr. of the fruit juice.
- Wednesday
Breakfast - 100 gr. of cheese and tea. Dinner - 80 gr. of the boiled beef, 3 boiled potatoes, 200 ml of fruit juice. Mid-morning snack - tea and 70 gr. cheese. Supper - two apples and 1 glass of kefir or curdled milks.
- Thursday
Breakfast - tea and 100 gr. of bread. Dinner - 60 - 80 gr. of the boiled beef, 3 potatoes and one small apple. A mid-morning snack - Tea and 70 gr. of bread. Supper - 1 boiled egg, an apple and 1 glass of kefir.
- Friday
Breakfast - tea and a boiled egg. A dinner - 100 gr. of the boiled beef, 3 potatoes and 200 ml of fruit juice. A mid-morning snack - tea and 100 gr. of bread. Supper - 1 cucumber or a tomato, 1 glass of kefir or curdled milks.
- Saturday
Breakfast - tea and 100 gr. of bread. Dinner - salad from cucumbers and tomatoes with vegetable oil. A mid-morning snack - tea, 100 gr. of the boiled beef and one apple. Supper - 1 glass of kefir and 1 banana (100 - 200 gr.).
- Sunday
Breakfast - tea and one boiled egg. A dinner - 4 boiled potetoes, 100 gr. of boiled chicken meat and 1 glass of fruit juice. A mid-morning snack - tea and 100 gr. of bread; supper - 1 cucumber, 1 tomato and 200 ml of kefir.
