But there is a way to combine pleasure with something very useful. Sauna or a bath will bring to you warmth, advantage for a figure, skin, and just a good mood.
Bath and sauna have always been used to dump the excess weight. Now we have a great choice of saunas - Russian baths, Turkish saunas, Finnish, Moroccan saunas. It is not only a fine improving procedure, but it is also, in combination with healthy food, active way of life, is an excellent way to grow thin, dump excess weight.
The effect of growing thin in a bath is reached due to the sweating, accelerations of a metabolism, deducing of toxins. The sweating begins on the 8th-10th minute of stay in a sweating room. And at those who has got used to a sweating room, the sweating can begin on 3rd-4th minute. Don’t stay in the sweating room for more than 5-7 minutes; otherwise you are likely to get serious problems with your heart! Make your visits to the sweating room more frequent, but shorter in time!
If you wish to grow thin, get rid of the excess weight it is important, not to eat just after a bath, and have very little for drinking: your maximum should not be more than a half of the glass of water, tea with a lemon or juice. You will completely satisfy your thirst and appetite only in several hours.
Earlier it was considered, that the reception of a plenty of a liquid before a bath leads to increase sweating. Actually in such case sweating increases slightly. From the therapeutic point of view drinking of a lot of liquid before a bath is not recommended, as this increases loading for kidneys. The matter is that the liquid necessary for formation of sweat, is brought to sweat glands by blood vessels, therefore the increase in a blood-groove in a skin by means of mechanical (a brush, a broom) or reflex (thermal foot baths) influences promotes strengthening of the sweating.
